Permis d’urbanisme et installation de panneaux photovoltaïques
Une installation de panneaux photovoltaïques n’est soumise à aucun permis d’urbanisme si l’ensemble des panneaux est fixé ou incorporé à la toiture et qu’il ne représente aucun débordement par rapport au bâtiment.
Cette règle n’est pas valable pour les sites protégés, pour les installations photovoltaïques au sol et dans le cas où d’éventuels travaux préalables doivent être effectués.
